I'm someone who enjoys bringing order, clarity, and momentum to complex fibre deployment work. I work at the
point where technical detail meets real-world execution, making sure that what is designed actually gets built
the right way in the field. I care about communication, not just the networks themselves, but how people talk,
plan, and collaborate. Good delivery is not luck. It comes from clear expectations, solid processes, and teams
that trust each other. I focus on creating those conditions.
I have worked across planning, site coordination, documentation, and day-to-day project support. Over time, I
have developed a knack for spotting bottlenecks early, smoothing out workflows, and keeping teams aligned so
delivery feels predictable rather than chaotic. At the end of the day, I like building things that matter. Fibre
networks connect families, businesses, and entire communities, and being part of that gives me a real sense of
